    My husband and i visited the Harbour Town location on 9925. The young lady who served my husband had a bad attitude right from the beginning. She was very short and matter of fact with him. She couldn't crack a smile if her life depended on it and walked off in a huff. Then when the food arrived, the hot cakes were cold and no utensils or butter were provided or serviettes. I witnessed the whole incident from where i was seated. After the quotmealquot i rang the location and asked to speak to the manager who happened to be the person who answered the phone. She said she would have a word the the staff member. I doubt that even happened because the quotManagerquot didn't really show much, if any, concern. We will never set foot in that location ever again. to be honest, i think we are over eating at ANY McDonalds from now on.
